Q. I am a registered user of one of your products and I have misplaced
my codes. Can I get a copy of my registration codes?
A. If you misplaced your Registration Codes send
an e-mail to
support@bpsoftware.com with a subject line of Lost Registration Codes.
Your message must include the transaction identification number of your purchase
and address used during registration. Registration codes will be delivered
to the address indicated in our database.

Q. I am a registered user of a previous product version. My registration
codes do not work with the current version of the product, can I get new registration
codes?
A. Our philosophy has been to not charge users over
and over for the same software. At this point, registered users of a product
are entitled to free product updates. If you need updated registration codes
please contact
support@bpsoftware.com with a subject line of Registration Code Update.
Your message must include the transaction identification number of your purchase
and address used during registration. Registration codes will be ONLY
delivered to the address indicated in our database.
